CELEBRATING STAR WARS DAY AT VODAFONE
May the 4th is globally recognized as Star Wars day. To give a nod to this awesome event, we created a simple animation that ran as a Facebook and Instagram post. Combining the iconic lightsaber sound with our logo transition and using Yoda-speak, we showed the brand’s geek side and added to our cultural relevance.

To celebrate The year of the Pig in 2019, Vodafone decided to focus on what’s most important for Chinese Kiwis - stay connected with their family back in China. To highlight this, we created a simple but heartwarming animation to accompany our connectivity offer during the Chinese New Year celebrations.

Aimed at Chinese Kiwis, this film takes an emotional look at the barriers older Chinese migrants have with conversational English and introduces Vodafone's new Mandarin call center; designed to make them feel more at home in New Zealand.

Vodafone Pass offer endless data on New Zealand’s favourite video, music, social or chat apps. Using Valentine's Day as a springboard, we created a simple film to highlight just some of the ways Vodafone Pass can be used to share quality time with loved ones.
VODAFONE STAFF CHRISTMAS APPEAL
Our annual Christmas appeal is usually quite a straightforward affair. To spruce things up this year, we turned the appeal into a poem based on ‘The Night Before Christmas’.

This ad was specifically at women, who were traditionally not seen as the purchase decision makers for new cars. The film took an emotional angle, thus allowing us to steer the conversation away from price and features.
